Andy Bagumyan

Andranik (Andy) Bagumyan founded Magic Jump Rentals in 1996 and has, to this day, stayed true to his beliefs. He is a hard-working, dedicated and honest person who loves to see the smile on children's faces. Andy started the company with the intent of providing good customer service with clean and safe products that customers will enjoy at any occasion.

Andy can still be found at Magic Jump Rentals and is still involved with operations and management. He believes that safety in all inflatables is a very serious concern and makes sure that all rides and inflatables meet high safety guidelines. Andy is one of the most educated and experienced people in the inflatable industry today with experience in manufacturing since 1995 as well as rentals experience since 1996. With so much knowledge of inflatables and rides, Andy passes on his education and knowledge to his staff to make sure everyone at Magic Jump Rentals is prepared for the job.

Arthur Bagumyan

Arthur Bagumyan has spent his childhood, adolescence and early adult life in sunny Southern California. Arthur was and still is very athletic and a devout sports enthusiast. Arthur has participated in high school Water Polo, where he earned second team All-CIF honors along with a league title, college tournament basketball where his team became champions, and currently is involved in an adult soccer tournament. Arthur is a very active and energetic person, always participating and getting involved in activities like sky diving, hiking, camping, volunteering and donating his free time to the things he believes in.

Subsequent to high school, Arthur entered into the family business, a successful company in the inflatable moonwalk industry. Throughout the week Arthur attended Glendale Community College while helping out in all areas of Magic Jump, Inc. (manufacturing) and Magic Jump Rentals (party rentals), including delivery, pickup, cleaning, manufacturing, paperwork, and countless other roles. In 2006 Arthur finished his general studies and transferred to the University of California, Irvine to study Criminology, Law and Society. Upon graduation Arthur interned and later worked at the American Institute of Mediation where he learned the importance of alternate dispute resolution and collaboration.

Arthur currently attends Woodbury University for his Masters in Business Administration. Arthur's current roles are of General Manager of Operations and Marketing. Arthur has devout beliefs in hard work and honesty in all aspects of life. He believes every child should have the opportunity to experience excitement, happiness, and joy without having to worry about the daily burdens of life.

Kimberly Beteta

Born in Guatemala, and raised in New York, Kimberly, a criminal justice graduate, has had the opportunity to experience different lifestyles. Now living in Los Angeles, she has learned that LA has the best of both worlds. Here at Magic Jump Rentals, Kimberly is an essential asset to our rental department. Working for us for almost 4 years, she has quickly obtained the knowledge necessary to assist in planning big and small events, create company templates, promotional monthly specials, and be one of our staff leaders.

At Magic Jump Rentals, promotional, specials and discounts are her specialty. She is in charge of creating, presenting and adding new rental packages, monthly specials, holiday deals and promotions to our website, Facebook and other advertising sites. She is, however not limited to just that. She is in the front line of the Magic Jump Rentals rental department as well. She along with other fellow co-workers work day in and day out to ensure that customers are obtaining exceptional customer service.

Hrach Gary Torosyan

Hrach Gary Torosyan has over 5 years of delivery and setup experience with all inflatable rides and games Magic Jump Rentals offers. Gary is pursuing his degree in Engineering at Cal State University, Los Angeles and working at Magic Jump Rentals with Insurance Certification as well as assisting with general tasks to further the company. Gary has lived in the community for the past 20 years and has been associated with Magic Jump Rentals for the past 5 years.

Gary is a fun-loving person who loves to see the smile on kids' faces as they see the jumper inflate, which in return puts a smile on his face. Gary has a great deal of experience as a driver for Magic Jump Rentals and has refined his customer service skills on the job. Gary prides himself on great customer service and believes his experiences in different service industries in the past as a restaurant server, event location host, and as a driver have given him the necessary skills to manage customers and give them the best possible service.
